Cheap Trick is an American rock band formed in Rockford, Illinois in 1973 by guitarist Rick Nielsen, bassist Tom Petersson, lead vocalist Robin Zander and drummer Bun E. Carlos. Their work bridged elements of '60s guitar pop, '70s hard rock, and the emerging punk rock sound, and would help set the template for subsequent power pop artists. All Shook Up is their fifth studio album, released in 1980. It was produced by former Beatles producer George Martin. It was the first studio album since their debut to be produced by someone other than Tom Werman. Many of its songs were less radio friendly and more experimental than their past work, and the cover art, influenced by Rene Magritte's Time Transfixed, led many to question what the band was trying to accomplish. However, at the time, Cheap Trick had severed ties with long-time producer Tom Werman and took the opportunity to take their sound in a different direction. "Stop This Game" was the only single to chart on the Billboard Hot 100 from the album. This record is in Very Good condition. The sleeve and the originial inner sleeve are both in Very Good Plus condition.
