London & New York is a live album and the fourteenth official album release by British musician Elton John. It was originally released in 1976, with the title Here And There. The title referred to the two concerts represented on the album: "Here" is a concert recorded at the Royal Festival Hall in London in May 1974; "There" is a concert recorded at New York City's Madison Square Garden on November 28, 1974. This copy is the UK import version, and a reissue from 1978. Both this record and its sleeve are in Very Good Plus condition.
