The Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra is an American orchestra based in the city of Rochester, New York. Its primary concert venue is the Eastman Theatre at the Eastman School of Music. George Eastman, founder of Eastman Kodak Company, founded the orchestra in 1922. From 1939 through 1964, the Rochester Philharmonic, usually supplemented by faculty members of the Eastman School, often recorded under the name Eastman-Rochester Pops under Frederick Fennell. Leroy Anderson was an American composer of short, light concert pieces. This album was released in 1959. Both the record and its sleeve are in Very Good Plus condition. It also includes an original record company inner sleeve in nice condition.
