Described as a group on the back cover of their lone LP, Godfrey Daniel was a studio project by Andy Solomon with the help of Dave Palmer, both members of The Amboy Dukes. Originally "Godfrey Daniel" is a minced oath created by W.C. Fields. This single, doo wop versions of some great rock tunes, was released in 1972. This single is in Very Good Plus condition. It comes with a spiffy original record company sleeve.
